Thank you for choosing ROOMG. We manage cross-border ecommerce fulfillment with clear, verifiable logistics structures. Below are our explicit shipping terms, specifically formatted to meet global and Singapore market delivery standards with 100% honesty.

1. Shipping Fees and Tariffs Free Shipping Policy: We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered directly to Singapore and supported international addresses. There are no minimum order thresholds, no hidden handling charges, and no surprise logistical fees at checkout.

2. Order Timeline Breakdown (Handling & Transit Time) Your total expected delivery window is calculated as follows: Order Handling Time + Transit Time = Total Delivery Time.

  • Order Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days. Covers payment validation, quality verification, packaging, and sorting at our warehouse network (Monday through Friday).

  • Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days. The physical duration required for the international freight carrier to transport the shipment to Singapore/destination addresses (Monday through Friday).

  • Total Delivery Window: 8 - 16 Business Days. The standard timeline inside which your package will arrive at your designated delivery address.

3. Order Cut-Off Time Our daily order cut-off threshold is firmly set at 5:00 PM (Singapore Standard Time / GMT+8), Monday through Friday. Orders finalized prior to 5:00 PM will commence processing within that day's logistics cycle. Orders completed after 5:00 PM will automatically roll into the following business day's handling queue.

4. Tracking and Dispatch Transcripts Upon physical handover from our sorting hub to the international logistics partner, an automated dispatch notification containing a functional tracking number will be immediately delivered to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours from dispatch for the logistics network to update real-time scanning data on the tracking portal.

5. Addressing and Delivery Discrepancies Customers are solely accountable for supplying accurate, fully structured delivery addresses, postal codes, and functional local contact numbers. We are legally and operationally unable to reroute or alter shipment details once the package has cleared our warehouse boundaries. If a shipment is returned to sender due to addressing mistakes, missing apartment units, or failure to collect, the customer must contact info@roomg.shop for coordination.
